lets dance with Albert Einstien

We dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are the dancers, we create the dreams.” ~Albert Einstein~

I knew that I heard that quote, or something like that quote somewhere before. However I never would have guessed it was authored by Albert Einstein, until I took the time to learn more about his life, and learned that he was certainly a multifaceted person. But this isn't about Einstein, the literal translation of his surname being "red rock", which I think is pretty cool also: it's about dance.

I'm not talking about  ballroom dancing, or anything like that. Nor am I talking about ballet, or any other standardised dance.  they are all wonderful, but i am talking about the dances that one does spontaneously with or without music, the connections  between between feelings or emotions that well up and express themselves though motion, through dance.  Dance that is not for other people, but for yourself, in your space in the universe.

Dancing the dance that comes from your core, the dance that is the rhythm one body laughs to, or cries to, the expresses the need to create to , or enjoys the feeling of moving to.  The something primal, creative , joyful, life affirming, that comes to the surface and one bursts into dance, with or without music.   A point where, your brain and your heart, your brain and the rhythm of you limbs create expression  that is as close to flying as anything a human can get  or perhaps the sad shuffle, on a bad day.  the dance we make for ourselves, the feelings that can't be words and the expression that is a transient connection with the universe.
